Good Way to Try Niche Scents
The Oud Wood decant arrived quickly and was packaged well. I appreciate being able to try a smaller amount before committing to a full bottle. Their selection of decants is really good, similar to what you find at MicroPerfumes or DecantX. I wish the loyalty program was a little more straightforward to use with the checkout codes. Overall, a solid experience for getting niche fragrances.
Authentic samples, but checkout could be smoother
Compared to other decant sites like MicroPerfumes, Scent Split definitely delivers on authenticity. I ordered a 5ml decant of Amouage Reflection Man and it smells exactly like the full bottle I've tried before. The quality of the travel atomizer is great too, no leaks or cheap feel. My main complaint is that applying discount codes at checkout was a bit confusing, especially since you can't stack them, which I only realized after a few tries. It definitely took a bit longer to finalize my order than it should have. Otherwise, the variety is excellent and the product itself is top-notch.
Good selection, slow shipping
I ordered a 5ml travel spray of Tom Ford Lost Cherry and a 2ml sample of Initio Side Effect. The selection on the site is fantastic, really lets you try out expensive stuff without buying a full bottle. Quality of the decants seemed good, smells just like I remembered. Shipping took about 8 days to get to me in Florida which felt a little long.
